IT Director

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT professional to join our team as an IT Manager at Michael Page. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of our IT strategy, ensuring alignment with our business objectives.

• Strategic Planning: Contribute to the development of our company's IT strategy, aligning with our business goals and objectives.
• Leadership: Lead a team of IT professionals, providing guidance and direction to ensure the successful delivery of IT projects and services.
• Technology Adoption: Lead the adoption of new technologies, information architecture, information security, methodologies, and best practice solutions to drive business growth and improvement.
• Project Management: Lead technology projects with a team under your supervision, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
• Vendor Management: Evaluate, negotiate, and manage IT suppliers and their respective contracts to ensure optimal value for our organization.

• Leadership Experience: Proven experience in leading IT teams and managing large-scale projects.
• Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of IT systems, infrastructure, and security, as well as experience with project management methodologies.
• Business Acumen: Understanding of business operations and the ability to develop and implement IT strategies that align with business objectives.
• Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Education: Degree in a relevant field, such as computer science, information technology, or a related field.
• Industry Experience: Experience in the construction industry or other relevant industries, such as manufacturing, logistics, or supply chain.
• Technical Skills: Knowledge of programming languages and experience with IT systems and infrastructure.
