  • Manage and mentor engineers, and support them in their day-to-day work and professional development
  • Help drive the recruiting process in Monterrey, Mexico, using your network to attract and hire the best engineering talent

Requirements

  • Strong history of hands-on technical experience and guiding teams through complex technical challenges
  • Demonstrated record of developing, coaching, and managing engineers to build high-functioning teams
  • Exceptional analytical and communication skills, with a proven ability to diagnose and understand challenges that span teams and technologies
  • Clear and deep understanding of how to build engineering teams that build high-quality products and influence across the department to promote effective engineering practices
  • Familiarity with small and medium business customers, especially local businesses, and modern, scalable QA practices and approaches
