Position Overview: This position is ideal for someone with 4-5 years of experience in Trade / Customer Marketing. You will be responsible for driving sales growth in the Market through the development and execution of plans and promotions at the point of sale, as well as understanding the trends and patterns of buyers and clients in the assigned channel.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze shopper behavior and market trends to identify growth opportunities and inform marketing strategies.
- Develop and execute marketing plans to maximize impact at the point of sale, including display and promotional activities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business results and achieve objectives.
Requirements:
- Business Bachelor Degree or similar.
- Fluent English Business Level (to be proven in a phone call).
- 3-4 years of solid experience planning strategies and managing budgets.
- Experience in FMCG (Consumo masivo) companies (this is a must).
- 4-5 years of solid experience managing Pharma and Convenience stores.
- Good communication skills.
- Advanced or Intermediate fluid Excel level.
