Microbiologist

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Microbiologist to join our team at Haleon. As a key member of our Quality Control department, you will be responsible for conducting sample testing and ensuring compliance with regulatory agencies' requirements and company standards.

• Develop and maintain knowledge of functional area policies and procedures, and perform routine analytical testing of sample functions.
• Establish an understanding of requirements, laboratory processes and procedures, utilization of good documentation practices and other regulatory authority requirements.
• Develop operational proficiency using analytical techniques and instrumentation to support sampling and testing for applicable products and incoming materials.
• Grow knowledge in sampling activities and build expertise in administration of samples and sample handling within the Quality Control environment.
• Work independently and in a team environment to meet and exceed established objectives, applicable key performance indicators and quality performance indicators.
• Contribute to projects as assigned and participate in continuous improvement efforts.

• High School Diploma
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
