Responsibilities

The Network Optimization Planner role requires experience influencing upward and cross-functionally in the business and thought leadership to suggest optimal supply plans across a network. Responsibilities include:

  • Reviewing master data and transaction data flowing into NetOpt tool for accuracy and escalating issues
  • Loading and maintaining network optimization data in the product aggregate grouping (PAG) master data tool
  • Partnering with Net Opt Managers to develop finished and semi-finished goods sourcing plans for internal plants and external co-manufacturers in the 0-64-week horizon
  • Executing ad-hoc scenario analysis and analyzing impacts
  • Identifying and coordinating production plans for raw material shortages that result in the best outcome for service
  • Measuring, monitoring, and tuning network optimization outputs by adjusting inputs and constraints
  • Reviewing planning alerts tied to specific NetOpt solve to identify shortages, target inventory violations, and capacity and utilization issues and aligning with Net Opt manager on resolution
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
  • Minimum of 4 years of Supply Chain Planning experience, preferably with exposure to network optimization
  • Advanced English level - reading, writing, and communication
  • Ability to navigate complex datasets
  • Ability to simplify complex data and communicate clear recommendations to support business KPIs
