Customer Service Expert

Nezda Technologies Inc. is a leading provider of telecommunications services, currently hiring a Support Agent for its billing department.
The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in generic BPO profiles and Telco experience in billing.
An undergraduate degree is preferred, but high school graduates with old curriculum qualifications are also welcome to apply.
Responsibilities include providing excellent customer service to Australian residential internet, mobile phone, or home phone customers with billing and account queries.
Key responsibilities:
• Respond to customer inquiries regarding their accounts and resolve issues by telephone.
• Offer exceptional customer service through clear communication and empathetic listening skills.
Estimated Salary: P25,000 Basic Pay + P4,500 Allowance (Based on Ortigas location).
This role is suitable for those who can commit to onsite work during training (4-6 months), and upon successful completion, they may be eligible for a hybrid setup.
