Marketing Strategist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Specialist to join our team at Wen Mexico. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to drive business growth and increase brand awareness.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities for growth
• Develop and implement marketing plans aligned with the company's goals and objectives
• Oversee end-to-end execution of marketing projects, ensuring timely delivery and tracking progress
• Lead generation and budget management
• Cross-functional collaboration with internal teams and external vendors
• Performance tracking and reporting
• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies
• Cultivate and maintain relationships with external partners and stakeholders

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field
• 5-8 years of experience in marketing planning, campaign management, or similar roles
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data
• Excellent project management and organizational skills
• Proficient in using marketing analytics tools and platforms
• Knowledge of marketing principles, tactics, and best practices across various channels
