About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Project Coordinator to join our team at Regal Rexnord. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for driving cross-functional projects, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, and ensuring the successful execution of Supply Chain initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and monitor project or program schedules, progress, and costs to ensure that expected results are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Develop and maintain project timelines, and lead cross-functional teams for sourcing initiatives and major capital projects.
  • Analyze data to identify issues, opportunities, and to produce effective solutions while executing special projects as assigned.
  • Monitor supplier performance data and support commodity managers with underperforming suppliers and/or opportunities for supplier consolidation.
  • Support commodity managers on Sourcing strategy development and implementation.
Requirements
  • BS in Business, Technology, or Engineering (ME, IE, EE) or equivalent industrial experience/MBA is a plus/APICS.
  • Demonstrate strong analytical thinking and problem-solving using conceptual thinking.
  • Demonstrated organizational skills required.
  • Ability to influence in a matrix management environment is essential.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills are a must.
  • Fluent knowledge of English language (written and spoken).
