**About the Role**

As a Cycle Inventory Coordinator at Mtd Consumer Products Mexico S. De R.L. De C.V., you will play a key role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our inventory management processes.

**Responsibilities:**

  • Monitor daily reports to identify discrepancies and investigate accordingly.
  • Audit stock receipts to ensure compliance with established procedures.
  • Conduct regular audits of warehouse storage locations using F2 and F4 functions.
  • Investigate and report on empty storage locations, providing findings and recommendations for improvement.
  • Cycle count physical inventories according to departmental procedures, reporting results in a timely manner.
  • Assist in scrap process, including physical collection and transfer to recycling area, both systemically and physically.
  • Support reconciliation of finished products through cycle counting.
  • Help maintain accurate records of weighing scales and ensure their proper functioning and calibration.
  • Audit Aduanas database against Mapics to identify discrepancies.
  • Audit material transfer documents compared against system records.
  • Identify adjustments made through deviations for lost materials.
  • Correctly capture cycle counts in Mapics and request adjustments as necessary.

Estimated Salary: $450,000 - $550,000 MXN per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
