• Develop a comprehensive strategy for the call center platform, integrating new technologies and improving platform functionality.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure superior customer service and strengthen relationships with end-users and technical teams.
• Enforce compliance with healthcare and technology industry standards, implementing rigorous security protocols to protect data and ensure privacy.
• Lead projects to expand and improve platform capabilities using innovative technological solutions, managing resources and prioritizing projects effectively.
• Direct and develop the platform team, emphasizing continuous improvement and skill enhancement.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
• Deep expertise in Genesys systems and call center technologies.
• Strong project management skills in Data, Digital & Technology environments.
• Comprehensive knowledge of regulatory standards applicable to healthcare and data security.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
