**Shape the Future of Mobility**

Aptiv is seeking a skilled Electronics Test Engineer to join our team in Ciudad Juarez, Chihuahua. As a key member of our Signal & Power Solutions segment, you will be responsible for implementing new technologies in vehicle systems, following the design of electronic structures closely and software development.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Generate test plans for In Circuit Tester (ICT) and Functional Tester (EOL).
  • Create reports on First Pass Yield (FPY), Gauge Repeatability and Reproducibility (GR&R), capability/capacity studies for ICT and EOL.
  • Communicate with suppliers for developing, implementing, and analyzing equipment.
  • Implement, debug, and maintain test plans for each program/product.
  • Support and train maintenance technicians on failure analysis and repair test fixtures.
  • Support warranty, customer complaints, and major contributors to quality trackers.
  • Improve quality by reducing/avoiding quality issues.
  • Contribute to Process Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (PFMEA), control plans, and process flows.
  • Generate Statements of Work for test equipment and test fixtures.
  • Ensure compliance with customer-specific requirements.

**Requirements:**

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Electronic Engineering.
  • English language proficiency (mid-level or above).
  • Effective written and oral communication skills.
  • Problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of measuring equipment for analysis purposes (voltmeter, electronic loads, oscilloscope, LCR, etc.).
  • Knowledge of analogic and digital electronics.
  • Knowledge of LEAN and SIX SIGMA tools.
  • Knowledge of In Circuit Test Equipment, Keysight, and Teradyne.
  • Knowledge of Visual Basic and LAB VIEW.
  • Basic knowledge of USB, CAN, and LIN communication protocols.
