About Us

Tigres Football Academy is a renowned football club based in Monterrey, Mexico. We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced youth coach to lead our U18 boys team.

Job Description

As the Head Coach for the U18 boys team, you will be responsible for independently managing both games and training sessions in accordance with the club's coaching guidelines. Additionally, you will assist in the training sessions of other teams as needed.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead and manage the U18 boys' team in all matches and training sessions.

2. Ensure that training programs are aligned with the club's coaching philosophy.

3. Assist other teams with their training sessions as required.

4. Provide guidance and support to players to aid their development.

Requirements

Previous coaching experience with youth teams.

Strong understanding of football tactics and training methods.

Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Good English language skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
