Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Marketing & PR Lead to join our team. As a key player in our growth and expansion strategy, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies across various functions to support client needs. This is a unique opportunity for someone who wants to drive success for multiple clients while learning about their unique industries and business models.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies across various functions, including project management, brand management, and content creation.
  • Apply project management skills to ensure successful campaign execution and timely delivery.
  • Enforce internal brand guidelines and develop website content to enhance our online presence.
  • Create innovative social media content and write thought leadership articles to establish our expertise.
  • Pitch experts for media and speaking opportunities to increase our visibility.
  • Research and develop target lists to support marketing campaigns.
  • Execute marketing automation and campaigns in HubSpot to drive results.
  • Develop, execute, and report on campaigns to measure their effectiveness.
  • Assist with event management to create engaging experiences for our clients and partners.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in marketing and PR, with a proven track record of developing and executing successful campaigns.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt communication style based on audience.
  • Exceptional project management skills, with experience managing people and projects.
  • Strong executive presence, with the ability to hold their own with founders and senior executives.
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills, with experience working with web content management tools and marketing automation platforms.
  • Experience with SEO, Google Analytics, and social media advertising.
