Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Hsap Pvt Vhm Engineer to join our team at Ford Motor Company. As a key member of our North American Engineering organization, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our vehicles and components.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and support the analysis and resolution of quality issues on components and processes within the Vehicle Assembly Plant and integrated remote build centers.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement corrective and preventive actions, variability reduction initiatives, and quality improvement processes.
  • Develop and implement robustness actions to reduce quality-related issues and improve supplier performance.
  • Support the development and implementation of Six Sigma projects to drive quality improvements and process enhancements.
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance to plant teams on quality-related issues and initiatives.
  • Lead and support the review and sign-off of supplier requests for component changes, run trials as required, and provide technical expertise to plant teams on quality-related issues and initiatives.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field.
  • Experience in quality assurance, program management, or manufacturing is desirable.
  • Six Sigma Black Belt training is desirable.
  • Excellent teamwork, leadership, and presentation skills.
  • Proficient in English.
