About This Role

We are currently seeking a Recreation Supervisor to join our team at The Riviera Maya EDITION. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a passion for recreation and entertainment to take their career to the next level.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create engaging activity agendas and promotional materials using digital publishing software.
  • Conduct inventory of supplies, equipment, and materials and inform manager of low supply items.
  • Encourage guests to participate in recreational activities by recruiting, registering, and scheduling them.
  • Promote a fun and relaxing atmosphere for guests and provide information about available recreation facilities and activities.
  • Ensure compliance with local operating procedures in case of an emergency and observe activity in the recreational facility.
  • Provide assistance to injured guests until emergency medical services arrive.
  • Clean and maintain recreational equipment and supplies.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • At least 1 year of related work experience and 1 year of supervisory experience.
  • CPR Certification and First Aid Certification.
  • Recreation and Fitness Equipment certification.
  • Any certification required by local and state agencies.

Estimated Salary Range: $50,000 - $65,000 per year
