About This Role:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement security protocols to prevent and respond to potential threats.
  • Conduct risk assessments and provide recommendations for mitigating risks.
  • Collaborate with local law enforcement and emergency agencies to ensure seamless coordination.
  • Ensure compliance with Schneider Electric's Corporate Security standards and international security standards.
  • Develop and maintain training programs to enhance employee awareness and preparedness.

Requirements:
  • Advanced English proficiency.
  • Leadership experience in a related field (Criminology, Public Safety, Business Management, or Industrial Engineering).
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
