About the Role



As a Compensation Strategist in our Sales Operations team, you will play a critical role in leading market engagement with senior stakeholders for LATAM, overseeing all activities related to sales compensation. This includes acting as a project manager for complex medium to large projects related to plan design, bonuses, business reviews, and delivering highly complex business-sensitive deliverables.



You will be responsible for providing expert direction and guidance to process improvements and establishment of policies to the sales compensation operations team. Additionally, you will provide leadership and training on specific processes to entry and intermediate-level employees.



Requirements




  • A first-level university degree or equivalent experience; an advanced university degree is preferred.
  • Typically 6-10 years of experience in a business-related function, preferably finance, accounting, or compensation.
  • Excellent communication skills, including written, verbal, and presentation abilities.
  • Mastery in English and local language, with additional languages required as needed.
  • Ability to work in a complex environment with multiple stakeholders.
  • Advanced understanding of internal business processes and policies.
  • Solid business acumen and understanding of sales operations concepts.
  • Self-starter with a willingness to learn and evolve.


Benefits
