Job Summary
The Dispensary Associate - Customer Experience Specialist is a key member of the Trulieve team, responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless experience for patients and customers. This role requires a strong understanding of cannabis products and their effects, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide personalized service to patients and customers, addressing their needs and concerns in a professional and empathetic manner.
- Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of cannabis products, including their benefits, potential side effects, and usage guidelines.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a smooth and efficient customer experience, including processing orders and resolving issues in a timely manner.
- Assist with returns and exchanges, following company policies and procedures.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to company standards and protocols.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on company policies, procedures, and product knowledge.
Additional Responsibilities
- Verify products on manifests match products in each delivery before leaving the facility.
- Communicate clearly with customers, delivering products on time and safely.
- Maintain accurate records for each delivery, adhering to state and federal laws, as well as company policies.
- Process orders in the POS system and complete dispensation during each delivery.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
- 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a retail or healthcare setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
