About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Rewards Specialist to join our Center of Excellence team. As a key member of our global team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining rewards principles, policies, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain and develop rewards principles, policies, and compliance.
  • Manage incentive programs, including short-term, sales, manufacturing, and long-term incentives.
  • Conduct executive benchmarking and position evaluations using Mercer IPE methodology.
  • Lead annual salary review budget and process as well as yearly out-of-cycle salary adjustment process.
  • Drive rewards projects, such as analysis of gender pay gaps and living wages.
About You

You should have 5-10 years of experience working in rewards within a global organization. A Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience is required. Excellent knowledge and experience of rewards theories and methodologies are essential. You should also have interest and/or experience with Workday or other HR Systems.

Salary

The estimated salary for this role is approximately $120,000-$180,000 per year, depending on your experience and qualifications.
