Looking for a challenging role in sales leadership?

As Regional Sales Director for Latin America, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and revenue in the region. Your primary focus will be on developing and executing sales strategies that meet or exceed divisional and regional targets. You will also be responsible for leading a team of sales and service professionals to ensure alignment with regional strategic planning, sales strategy development, forecasting, and budgeting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Align the sales organization's objectives through active participation in regional strategic planning, sales strategy development, forecasting, and budgeting.
  • Structure the Sales, Service, and Application teams in the territory (LATAM) and select the most efficient sales channel infrastructure.
  • Meet assigned targets for sales volumes, market share, and local profit contribution.
  • Develop and professionalize Customer Service & After Market.
  • Implement and execute the Sales Excellence Program (SEP) and maintain the CRM-System in the light of increased sales efficiency, collaboration, and competitive intelligence.
  • Provide leadership to the local organization's management team while fostering a culture of accountability, professional development, high-performance, and ethical behavior.
  • Be accountable for the regional budget and proactively assess investments in service, training, and administrative support.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree required; A degree in high-tech or business administration/marketing is preferred.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to work effectively both within a team and individually - planning, execution, tracking, and reporting.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills - a commitment to teamwork and 'can-do' spirit.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Ability to develop and deliver clear and effective presentations on complex topics.
  • Can work under high pressure with a positive and enthusiastic attitude.
  • Ability to travel internationally without restrictions: North America, Europe, and other locations as needed.
