Technical Support Specialist for Salesforce Implementation

Job Summary
We are seeking an Application Support Intern to provide technical support for our CRM tool built on the Salesforce framework. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and experience working with software platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for internal and external users using the CRM tool.
- Deliver information to improve customer experience through knowledge documentation and troubleshooting guides.
- Develop and review white papers, articles, and other content to enhance user knowledge.
Requirements
- Candidate must be a current student pursuing a Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field, with a graduation date of December 2025 or later.
- Excellent English language skills (Advanced level).
- Experience with ERP, CRM, ECM is a plus.
- Proficiency in multiple software platforms and ability to work effectively in distributed teams.

Location and Salary
This part-time position is based in Punto Valle Plaza Offices - HUB MTY, Mexico. The estimated salary range for this role is $25,000-$35,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
