Payment Innovation Strategist

Are you passionate about driving customer experience and innovation in payments? As a Product Marketing Manager, Payments Insights at Amazon, you will be responsible for building and executing effective marketing plans to drive awareness, adoption, and ongoing usage of payment methods on Amazon Mexico.
The ideal candidate will have 5+ years' experience in product marketing across channels, with a proven track record of success in marketing communications, strategic segmentation, marketing management, and developing marketing content. Fluency in Spanish and English is required.

In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Product Management, UX, Business Development, PR, and Engineering to deliver bar-raising experiences for customers. A successful candidate will be a strong, innovative thinker with a proven record of making data-driven decisions, highly analytical and detail-oriented. You will be at the center of the customer experience, driving your own strategies to drive impact in a respectful work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute effective marketing plans to drive awareness, adoption, and ongoing usage of payment methods on Amazon Mexico.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver bar-raising experiences for customers.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business opportunities and develop marketing strategies.

What You'll Need:
- Bachelor's degree or certificate of completion of studies required.
- 5+ years' experience in product marketing across channels (Onsite experience preferred).
- Demonstrated success in marketing communications, strategic segmentation, marketing management, and developing marketing content.
- Ability to manage time and multiple priorities with a variety of internal and external stakeholders to execute high-quality deliverables.
- Proven experience finding creative ways to do more with less, and a track record of staying on budget and delivering on time.
- Proven track of drawing actionable items from customer insights.
- Fluency in Spanish and English.
Salary Range: $100,000 - $140,000 per year
