We are seeking a highly skilled Data-Driven Insights Manager to join our team at PepsiCo. Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze complex datasets to extract valuable insights and identify trends/patterns.
  • Develop and implement predictive and prescriptive models to support business decision-making.
  • Design and use algorithms and build predictive & prescriptive models needed to automate execution and the generation of insights, to enable efficiencies that allow colleagues to focus on value-added tasks.
  • Collaborate with senior business stakeholders to align data strategy to business objectives and contribute to defining and socializing the mechanism to measure the return on data investments and overall success of data strategy.
  • Identify and evaluate appropriate methodologies, algorithms, and tools to effectively solve complex problems.
  • Ensure scalability, efficiency, and maintainability of solutions.

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of working experience in the CPG industry or consulting, in areas of analytics, insights, marketing, IT.
  • Strong proficiency in data architecture (DBT) & data science (GIT Database).
  • Proficiency in Python, Airflow, DAX Power BI, PowerPivot, Advanced Excel, PowerPoint, and SQL.
  • English proficiency (advanced) and conversational Portuguese (desirable).
  • Project management, strategic thinking, results-oriented, and assertive communication skills.
