Job Title: Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our team at JLL. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing relocation projects from start to finish, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage all relocation activities, including coordinating with clients, vendors, and internal teams
  • Develop and implement relocation project plans and budgets
  • Procure and manage move labor, including vendor/contractor RFP, bidding process, and proposal evaluation
  • Manage supporting suppliers, including technology, telephony, and furniture
  • Perform data input into the CAFM system to maintain occupancy information
  • Develop and deliver required project-specific reporting and BI surveys
  • Coordinate schedule, budget, and scope with various service providers
  • Determine pricing for non-baseline work requested
  • Provide move signage, general move directions, and be present on campus or at the move site to answer questions and resolve post-move issues
Requirements:
  • 4-6 years of facility, project, or construction-related experience in a Corporate Real Estate Environment
  • Background in project management, construction management, architecture, or project strategy planning is desirable
  • Minimum 2 years as Relocation Project Manager or related experience
  • Proficient in a CAD/CAFM technology with a move management module and/or facilities management system
  • Has successfully managed relocations of over 1000 employees
  • Organizational skills with the ability to identify and manage priorities
  • Ability to multi-task and work both in a team and independently
  • Strong working knowledge of architectural drawings and furniture and space planning concepts
  • Ability to manage all aspects of move management projects effectively and efficiently
