Job description

This role involves analyzing regional investments and investor markets to identify opportunities for business growth. You will be responsible for developing sophisticated financial models to predict returns for investors and assess product economics. In addition, you will participate in the structuring of private market investments (private equity, real estate, infrastructure, and private debt) and develop comprehensive investor presentations and promotional materials.

  • Participate in the structuring of private market investments (private equity, real estate, infrastructure, and private debt)
  • Develop comprehensive investor presentations and promotional materials
  • Collaborate with local credit rating agencies to negotiate and finalize securitization deals
  • Prepare and present client proposals and presentations
  • Examine documents for private and public offerings as well as legal contracts (Mexican trusts, IMAs, LPAs, among others)
  • Gain expertise in existing vehicles/products and engage with external providers of these vehicles to address and/or resolve inquiries and issues
  • Convert financial data and investment overviews from English to Spanish and vice versa
Requirements
  • Demonstrated experience in investment banking, M&A origination and execution or corporate finance
  • Solid understanding of CERPIs, CKDs, securitizations, mutual funds, and other publicly listed vehicles
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, finance, accounting, economics, or business preferred
  • MBA, CFA, or master's degree desired / CAIA and other certifications will be considered
  • Full professional proficiency in English is a MUST
  • Strong financial modelling and research skills
  • Ability to multi-task and manage time in a detail-oriented environment
  • Highly driven individual, with strong attention to detail
