Jet Rescue: Fully Bilingual Flight Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Aeromedical Flight Coordinator to join our dynamic team at Jet Rescue.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, coordinating and supervising all aspects of flight operations. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for preparing flight quotes and itineraries, coordinating with third-party providers, and ensuring seamless communication with customs and immigration authorities.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and supervise all aspects of flight operations.
  • Prepare flight quotes and itineraries.
  • Coordinate activities of third-party providers, such as FBOs, fuel, hotels for the crew on the road, etc.
  • Coordinate interface with customs and immigration authorities, including preparation of relevant documentation.
  • Communicate effectively in a polite and attentive manner.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • 3 years' experience in aviation in one of the following functions: flight coordination, flight operations, aviation customer service, or aviation administration/logistics.
  • Advanced professional English language skills (read, write, speak, understand, and think in English) and Spanish.
  • High proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, OneNote), Google Search Engine, Gmail Suite (Gmail, Docs, Sheets, Google Drive), Adobe PDF, DocuSign, and WhatsApp.
  • A reliable desktop or laptop computer with a functioning camera, microphone, and speakers; a cellphone with a dependable data plan & WhatsApp; steady high-speed internet access; unfailing electrical source; and a quiet designed workspace to perform work duties without interruption.
  • Mature, self-disciplined, goal-oriented, take-charge, and responsible personal characteristics.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and relentless follow-up.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Professional conduct and appearance.
  • High school diploma required; college-educated preferred.
