Job Overview

As a Project Scheduler Professional, you will play a crucial role in the success of our Subsea projects. We are seeking an experienced individual to provide project planning and scheduling support to projects within our Subsea NAM group.

Key Responsibilities
  • Define and Optimize Resources: You will be responsible for defining and optimizing necessary resources (E-P-C-I) and the Planning & Scheduling system.
  • Establish Realistic Contract Durations: Establish realistic and feasible contract durations for Management, Proposal Manager, and Estimation Department.
  • Schedule Baseline Development: Define Project Breakdown Structures and support Client approval process of the Schedule Baseline, progress claimed, or milestones achievement.
  • Project Status Monitoring: Monitor and control project status to detect delays and propose corrective actions.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in Business, Engineering, Procurement, Operations, or a related technical field.
  • Experience: At least 3 to 5 years of experience in Project execution, preferably in the Subsea Oil and Gas industry with vessel schedules.
  • Skills: Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a team environment using effective communication. Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and extensive knowledge of project planning software such as Microsoft Project and/or Oracle Primavera P6.
Working Environment

You will spend 90% of your time in an office environment and/or 10% travel. May be exposed to possible hazards including noise, outdoor temperature extremes, chemicals, pressure testing, heavy lift operations, and shop/field traffic when visiting areas outside of the office.
