Responsibilities:

  • Assists customers with package tracing, answering questions regarding FedEx products and services, and providing over-the-counter and phone-based support.">
  • Prepares various operations reports and maintains accurate records and files.">
  • Handles customer packages in a secure and efficient manner.">
  • Provides administrative and clerical support to Station Ops Manager.">
  • Maintains a clean and organized workspace, adhering to company standards.">

Requirements:

  • ">
  • High School degree or equivalent.">
  • Proficiency in English (450 TOEIC points).">
  • Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role, or 18 months of experience as a Service Agent.">
  • Able to lift up to 70 lbs. and maneuver packages weighing up to 150 lbs. with appropriate equipment.">
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and human relations skills.">
  • Clean-cut and neat appearance.">
  • Ability to work variable shifts.">
