Collection Strategist

**Job Summary:**

Hewlett Packard Enterprise is seeking a highly skilled Collection Strategist to join our team. As a key member of our indirect Collections team, you will be responsible for handling medium and large accounts for collections in the Latin America region.

**Key Responsibilities:**

• Analyze high-risk customers and develop account strategies to proactively prevent delinquencies.
• Manage an access database for deficiency accounts and resolve discrepancies.
• Negotiate initial payments with customers and organization's sales personnel, facilitating purchases beyond credit limits.
• Support dispute resolution procedures with internal organization's counterparts, ensuring thorough issue tracking and resolution for both the organization and the customer.
• Ensure payments are collected in a timely manner and resolve issues and disputes that prevent customer payment.
• Develop conclusions, recommendations, and written reports, contributing proactively through research and data analysis support, and sharing knowledge to foster a knowledge management culture.

**Requirements:**

• Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or any other related discipline.
• Typically has 1-3 years of work experience, preferably in collection, credit, banking, or a related field, or an advanced degree with little or no work experience.
• Knowledge and skills in data analysis, due diligence, finance, financial analysis, financial services, financial statements, portfolio management, problem-solving, negotiation, and automation.
