Key Responsibilities- Design and Development: Develop centrifugal compressors from a mechanical/electrical perspective, ensuring performance, safety, manufacturability, and cost targets are met.
- Analysis and Testing: Perform stack tolerances analysis for assemblies, design and select components and materials, and evaluate mechanical aspects to ensure the product meets life cycle requirements.
- Documentation and Collaboration: Provide engineering documentation, participate in design meeting revisions with other countries' team members, and lead/guide new technology research and product development projects.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Technical, Sciences, or Engineering.
- Experience: 5-7 years of experience in turbomachinery development, preferably centrifugal compressors.
- Skills: Expertise in Transport Phenomena, System Dynamics & Electromagnetism, proficiency in CAD modeling software (Solidworks preferred), knowledge of ERP/PLM Systems, and expertise in Design for Manufacturability.
