About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Developer to join our team in Guadalajara, Mexico. As a ServiceNow Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing ServiceNow solutions to meet the needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Design and develop ServiceNow applications, integrations, and workflows to meet business requirements.
  2. Develop and maintain ServiceNow scripts, business rules, and workflows to automate business processes.
  3. Integrate ServiceNow with other systems and applications using APIs, web services, and other integration technologies.
  4. Develop and maintain ServiceNow reports, dashboards, and analytics to provide business insights and metrics.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and develop ServiceNow solutions to meet those needs.
  6. Provide technical support and guidance to internal stakeholders on ServiceNow best practices and configuration.
  7. Stay up-to-date with the latest ServiceNow features, releases, and best practices to ensure our solutions are optimized and efficient.
Requirements
  1. 3+ years of experience with ServiceNow development, implementation, and customization.
  2. Strong knowledge of ServiceNow platform, including Service Catalog, Change/Incident/Problem Management, Asset Management, CMDB, Knowledge, Release Management, etc.
  3. Experience with ServiceNow scripting languages, such as JavaScript, and business rules.
  4. Knowledge of ServiceNow APIs, web services, and integration technologies.
  5. Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.
  6. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
