We are seeking a skilled Mixology Expert to join our team at The St. Regis Kanai Resort Riviera Maya, Mexico.

Job Summary

The Mixology Expert will be responsible for preparing and serving drinks to guests according to specified recipes, maintaining the cleanliness and condition of the bar area, and ensuring excellent customer service standards.

Responsibilities
  • Pour and serve drinks to guests in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including glassware, utensils, and supplies.
  • Prepare garnishes and other ingredients as needed.
  • Analyze and respond to guest needs and preferences.
  • Operate cash register and process payments.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A strong knowledge of mixology techniques and drink recipes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment with high attention to detail.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.

Salary
