Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure compliance with industry standards for IT equipment
  • Train and support users with varying levels of IT knowledge and competence
  • Participate in technology planning and implementation
Requirements
  • 10 years of experience in IT administration
  • Strong knowledge of local area networks, Microsoft operating systems, and related technologies
  • Ability to communicate effectively with users
  • Bilingual English/Spanish (required)
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
  • 5 years of experience in IT administration, including experience with Active Directory and Windows 7, 8, 10, Server 201x
