Job Overview:

North American Production Sharing, Inc. is seeking an experienced Senior Production Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our production facility.

About the Role:

The Senior Production Operations Manager will be responsible for defining the position profile for each cell and/or work team to designate who must operate the machines for the hiring of operational personnel. Additionally, they will have the authority to stop any process or activity when the environment, safety, and/or quality are at risk. They will also have the authority to stop any process due to a lack of production plan, technical documentation, or training for operational personnel.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective production strategies to meet business objectives.
  • Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
  • Conduct regular audits to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as necessary.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to achieve production goals and improve overall efficiency.
  • Manage budgets and resources to optimize production costs.
  • Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for process improvements.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electronic, Electromechanical, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a production management role.
  • Advanced level of English proficiency (especially necessary for purchasing and installing imported machinery).
  • Valid visa.
