About the Role

The International Trade Coordinator will provide high-level administrative support to commodities merchandisers, customers, and suppliers in Heiskell Mexico.

Key Responsibilities
  • Transaction Management: Manage all levels of transactions, including shipping tickets, contract applications, vouchers, and invoices. Ensure proper documentation for international rail shipments.
  • Contract Management: Manage contract applications, reconcile contracts with customers, monitor past due contracts, close contracts when fulfilled, and ensure ticket payments or invoicing align with contract terms.
  • Inventory Management: Assist the controller in inventory management, troubleshoot scale ticket issues, and reconcile offsite inventories with transload 3rd parties.
  • Order Maintenance: Assist merchandisers with order/schedule maintenance and provide backup for the order entry desk to ensure correct deliveries.
  • Customer Service: Provide accurate and timely customer service to customers and suppliers, assist with contract reconciliation, maintain relationships with customs brokers, and troubleshoot pricing and delivery issues.
