About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team at Danfoss. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the proper functioning of our equipment and executing preventive and corrective maintenance programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement corrective maintenance on assigned equipment and machines
- Review and interpret electrical diagrams, plans, and technical drawings
- Execute preventive maintenance on inactive equipment during the week or as programmed
- Identify, solve, and repair mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical problems in the production team
- Implement equipment or process improvements proactively
Requirements:
- Electromechanics or mechatronic technical degree (Engineer career desired)
- 1 year of experience in automated equipment and 2 years of experience in preventive maintenance
- Mechanical aptitude and understanding of manufacturing processes
- Computer skills, including Microsoft Office, PLC, and test stand
- Ability to read and understand hydraulic and electrical schematics
- Knowledge of programming PLC and preventive maintenance
- Outstanding safety record and approach to behavioral-based safety using proper PPE
