Job OverviewWe are seeking a highly skilled Research Analyst to join our Investigative Analysis Group (IAG). As a Research Analyst, you will conduct research in English and Russian, using various publicly available online sources and subscription databases to support investigative and intelligence cases for our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct research using various publicly available online sources, proprietary databases, and subscription sources to support investigative and intelligence cases.
- Conduct analysis on information identified to include regulatory compliance, investigative analysis, risk assessments, and other specific analysis as tasked.
- Compile, fact-check, and edit reports into a written document using various report templates, as directed by Operations supervisors and/or management personnel.
- Assist supervisor with final review and uploads of due diligence reports.
- Mentor new and existing Analysts and Editors, providing constructive feedback on research, analysis, and written reports.
- Quality Assurance: Adhere to guidelines and instructions as they apply to defined standards for due diligence reports, providing constructive feedback and guidance to other staff members.
- Experience conducting research regarding Anti-Bribery Anti-Corruption (ABAC), Know Your Customer (KYC), and Anti-Money-Laundering (AML).
- Background in journalism, legal services, and research.
