- Monitor and analyze financial performance, identifying areas for cost reduction and program improvement.
- Ensure compliance with Marriott International's policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with other departments to achieve seamless operations and excellent guest experience.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A high school diploma or equivalent, with 4 years of experience in guest services, front desk, housekeeping, or a related field.
- Or a 2-year degree from an accredited university in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related major, with 2 years of experience in guest services, front desk, housekeeping, or a related field.
