Project Overview

Sgf Global is seeking a highly experienced Digital Project Manager to lead our Microsoft Practice team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing complex projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage project plans, including defining project scope, goals, and objectives
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution
  • Manage project budgets, forecasts, and margins
  • Ensure timely delivery of projects, meeting client expectations
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders
  • Implement new processes and modify existing ones to meet client requirements
  • Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques
  • Perform risk management to minimize project risks

Requirements

  • 10+ years of strong Project Manager experience
  • Experience managing hardware upgrades, server projects, and inventory optimization projects
  • Experience managing infrastructure, conversions, and procurement
  • Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • PMP, CSM certification is a plus

Education and Soft Skills

  • Good educational background, preferably in computer science or engineering
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Solid organizational skills, including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
