Your Role

We're seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Senior Analyst, Intercompany to join our team. As a key member of our financial operations team, you'll play a critical role in overseeing intercompany processes, ensuring accurate financial reporting, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and analyze intercompany accounts, identifying and resolving discrepancies and outages in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Develop and maintain intercompany-related reporting, providing insights and recommendations to drive business decisions.
  • Prepare and review financial statements, ensuring compliance with US GAAP and other regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with internal and external auditors to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including controllership teams, tax, and financial planning and analysis.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in financial reporting, accounting, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of US GAAP, IFRS, and SOX requirements.
  • Experience with financial statement preparation and analysis.
  • BS/BA in a related discipline from an accredited university.
  • CPA license or equivalent.
  • Proficient in English.
  • Detailed-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Big 4 or public accounting background.
  • Experience with financial consolidation of an SEC registrant.
  • Experience working directly with external auditors to resolve complex accounting and reporting issues.
  • ERP system experience, preferably SAP.
