**ROLE SUMMARY**
The engagement centre is dedicated to delivering exceptional customer service to our consumers and distributors in the US. We provide multi-channel support and have a talented team ready to assist them.
The Training Coordinator's primary role is to design and deliver training programs for the engagement centre's agents and staff, including new hire training, updates on changes and new releases, and additional skills. Additionally, the training coordinator will develop course schedules and sessions, ensuring all trainees understand and grasp the required concepts comprehensively.
ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Assist Staff Manager and resolve all training requirements for the engagement centre.
- Develop and maintain documents for various processes, assist in preparing development plans.
- Ensure SOPs and processes are compliant with the latest business and government updates.
- Create a world-class training delivery program.
- Design and maintain training courses for all materials and develop appropriate manuals and handouts.
- Facilitate training sessions.
- Measure training effectiveness and new hires' quality operations delivery.
- Culture and employee engagement experience promoter.
EXPERIENCE, SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE
ESSENTIAL
- Experience Required:
- C1 level English.
- 2 years of experience in training, training development, or a similar position.
- Experience designing training activities to promote engagement.
Technical / Functional / Leadership Skills Required
- High proficiency in PC skills and detailed knowledge of Microsoft Office, specifically Excel and PowerPoint.
- Familiarity with interactive learning activities.
- Ability to adapt to change and successfully set and adjust priorities as needed.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Excellent communication skills, written and orally.
Education / Qualifications / Certifications Required
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Neurolinguistics, or related fields.
BENEFICIAL
- Knowledge of Learning Management Systems.
- Experience creating relational database queries (not indispensable).
