**Key Responsibilities**

  • Database Architecture & Development: Design, build, and optimize database schemas to ensure scalable and efficient data storage.
  • Data Strategy: Define and implement a data strategy to support operational business needs, focusing on AI and BI requirements.
  • Cloud & BI Integration: Set up and manage Azure and native cloud environments, integrating data pipelines and BI tools.
  • Technical Leadership: Serve as the technical lead for future database engineers, guiding the development and execution of data-related projects.

**Requirements**

  • Must live within commuting distance to Guadalajara, Jalisco (MX).
  • Be willing to go to the office for big corporate events.
  • 5+ years minimum commercial.NET application development experience.
  • Strong proficiency in C#,.NET framework, and proven experience with front-end development languages such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms such as Azure.
  • Familiarity with continuous integration and deployment processes.
  • Experience developing and integrating APIs.
  • Expert knowledge of object-oriented programming.
  • Solid working knowledge of database design, scripting, and optimization with MS SQL Server.
  • Experience with version control systems such as Git.
  • Knowledge of testing frameworks, e.g., XUnit.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Advanced English proficiency (C1+).
  • Experience integrating with a content management system is an advantage.
