Continuous Improvement Process Leader

**Role Summary:**
As a member of the Amazon Customer Excellence System Team (ACES), you will be responsible for optimizing the delivery stations' operations. Your goal is to create effective communication plans to provide visibility to all impacted teams of the organization, enabling overall process alignment.
**Key Activities:**
Support UTR Technology launches for Delivery Stations, Service Partners, and XPTs. Maintain SOP, START, and standard processes materials updated according to current standards. Analyze main metrics in weekly basis to develop improvement projects to maintain and achieve business goals. Lead weekly audits to verify accuracy to current processes by Ops Team, including processes established by support areas. Support Ops Team on weekly analysis oriented to detect deviation to standard processes. Offer ACES perspective to optimize packages flow and reduce wasting time, improving work flow.
**Requirements:**
Completed Bachelors degree in Engineering, Administration, or similar with continuous improvement methodology knowledge. Advanced English. Experience leading multidisciplinary groups. Green belt certification (optional). Engage multi-tasking in a fast-paced, high-energy environment. Support project improvement events to achieve business goals with short and long term results. Offer feedback effectively related to Standard Process adherence. Deliver training solutions, if necessary, for deploy projects and increase adoption. Analize metrics and identify deviations creating clear improvement plans.
