Xpel Technologies Corp is seeking a highly skilled Store Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our Installation facility. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing a team of installers, acquiring and retaining product sales, and meeting revenue and gross profit objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the Installation facility, including full profit and loss responsibility.
- Manage and develop a team of installers to ensure efficient and effective operations.
- Acquire and retain product sales with independent installers and dealerships.
- Meet or exceed revenue and gross profit objectives while maintaining competitive pricing.
- Monitor and analyze customer usage of our product, introducing new products as needed.
- Build long-term relationships with customers and provide exceptional client service.
- Perform individual market analyses to develop new customer and conquest strategies.
- Follow up on sales leads and work with the sales administration team to onboard and integrate new clients.
Requirements:
- Associate degree or higher in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 3 years of professional sales experience, preferably in the automotive industry.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
