About the Role:

This Account Management Professional will be responsible for interacting with hundreds of customers across the country to resolve support issues, sell new products and services, and ensure a best-in-class customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Contact customers by phone and review account details.
  2. Conduct thorough needs analysis to understand customers' current requirements and pain points.
  3. Present and demonstrate new or additional products and services to customers, highlighting their unique value propositions and benefits.
  4. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing exceptional customer service and support throughout the process.
  5. Utilize multiple systems to manage leads, opportunities, and sales activities.
  6. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitors' offerings to effectively position our products and services.
  7. Continuously improve sales skills and product knowledge through ongoing training and professional development opportunities.

Candidate Qualifications:

  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
  • Self-motivated and driven to succeed, with a proactive and results-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, collaborating effectively with colleagues and cross-functional teams.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools to manage leads and sales activities.
  • Knowledge of the industry and market trends, with the ability to quickly learn and understand our products and services.
