About the Role:
This Account Management Professional will be responsible for interacting with hundreds of customers across the country to resolve support issues, sell new products and services, and ensure a best-in-class customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contact customers by phone and review account details.
- Conduct thorough needs analysis to understand customers' current requirements and pain points.
- Present and demonstrate new or additional products and services to customers, highlighting their unique value propositions and benefits.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing exceptional customer service and support throughout the process.
- Utilize multiple systems to manage leads, opportunities, and sales activities.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitors' offerings to effectively position our products and services.
- Continuously improve sales skills and product knowledge through ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
Candidate Qualifications:
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
- Self-motivated and driven to succeed, with a proactive and results-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, collaborating effectively with colleagues and cross-functional teams.
- Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools to manage leads and sales activities.
- Knowledge of the industry and market trends, with the ability to quickly learn and understand our products and services.
