- Use defect management tools for defect creation and monitoring of resolution.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mechatronics Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or equivalent degrees.
- Demonstrable Python or Java development experience.
- Proven basic experience in object-oriented software development, including unit testing.
- Proven basic understanding of Linux commands and/or bash/shell scripting, SSH, etc.
- Proven basic understanding of Windows commands.
- Analytical skills with the ability to root-cause problems creatively and effectively.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Good wired and wireless network troubleshooting skills.
- Awareness of secure coding practices and modern software development methodology.
- Understanding of industry software quality assurance standards.
- Basic experience or awareness of defect tracking systems and source code versioning control systems.
- Basic experience or awareness with CI/CD systems.
