About the Role

Overview

PepsiCo is a leading food and beverage company with a rich history of innovation and commitment to excellence. As a Merchandise Planner, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient scheduling of our Merchandising team, creating reports to guarantee their management, and maintaining the daily schedule of our hourly workforce in Salesforce.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Maintain Schedules

Create daily schedules for Merchandisers, ensuring they have a schedule in the system (Salesforce).

Manage Scheduling Process

Develop a front-line intake process for schedule maintenance that reduces time demands and creates a seamless experience for our Merchandising team.

Exception Handling

Develop an exception process for Merchandisers not on schedules, including relief roles to ensure business continuity.

Reporting and System Maintenance

Responsible for reporting system issues and ensuring the smooth operation of our scheduling system.

Requirements
  • Education

Bachelor's, Associate, or Technical degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Data and Analytics, Computer Science, or similar.

Experience

Proficient in full suite of Microsoft Suite of products: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.

Language Skills

Advanced English.

Communication Skills

Advanced skills in communicating and working with different teams.
