As an Operational Excellence and Industrial Engineering Specialist II at Hella Automotive Mexico S.A. De C.V., you will play a crucial role in improving productivity and economic efficiency in our production area. You will work closely with the plant manager to implement industrial engineering methods and tools, ensuring coherence and uniformity across the organization.
Key Responsibilities- Support the implementation of Operational Excellence Road Map reviews and prepare improvement plans in collaboration with responsible parties.
- Analyze production and affiliated areas to identify improvement potentials and derive measures to optimize workflows and setup organization.
- Prepare and support the implementation of standards for technical or organizational processes and logistic workflows, taking into account the production system.
- Qualify and guide the HelPS workshop process within the company, supporting the transition of projects from TtM to OtD.
As a successful candidate, you will have a strong background in industrial engineering and operational excellence, with experience in implementing process improvements and optimizing workflows. You will be a team player with excellent communication and collaboration skills, able to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
