Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to grow our brand.
• Personally create and deploy digital marketing campaigns across all channels.
• Collaborate with sales and operations teams to drive lead generation and customer engagement.
• Analyze website lead conversion rates and the effectiveness of promotions to determine what drives sales.
• Track and analyze the effectiveness of campaigns, providing actionable insights for improvement.

Qualifications, Skills and Key Competencies:

• Proven experience in a marketing leadership role, preferably in the home services industry.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media management, and content creation.
• Excellent communication and project management skills.
• Ability to function well with cross-functional teams.
• Experience with analytics tools and marketing software (Google Analytics, HubSpot, etc.).
