Senior Human Resources Manager for Latin American Operations

About the Role
We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Senior Human Resources Manager to join our team at Mondelēz International in Mexico. This is an exceptional opportunity to lead our human resources function and drive strategic people-related initiatives across our operations in the region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with leadership teams to develop and implement global HR strategies, ensuring alignment with business objectives and regional talent management plans.
- Oversee labor relations, including communication and works council relations, to maintain positive working relationships and ensure compliance with regulations.
- Drive engagement on plant culture agendas, coaching leaders on key cultural elements and organizational values, and ensuring effective learning management systems.
- Leverage data analytics to inform decisions and drive solutions that impact the bottom line and support business strategy.
- Support plant leadership in managing time and attendance systems, attendance policies, and performance calibration.
- Lead people processes and manage change during plant transformations, applying effective change management principles.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Broad generalist HR experience across various populations and seniority levels.
- Strong experience working with trade unions to deliver change.
- Proven track record as a trusted, credible business partner with the ability to engage, inspire, and influence people.
- Experience working with Lean Six Sigma to drive high-performance work systems.
- HR leader with active curiosity, insight orientation, and external perspective about people and business performance.
- Interpersonal savvy, planning, and dealing with ambiguity.
Talent Management Objectives:
- Develop leadership capabilities of the People Lead to support Plant productivity.
- Guarantee a cost-efficient and effective structure.
- Drive engagement plan and cultural journey for Lean Six Sigma + strengthen people practices achieving healthier People KPIs.
- Guarantee stability during integration (process, systems, and people training).
Location and Salary:
This role requires face-to-face activity in both sites, including two Saturdays per month. The estimated salary for this position is $1,200,000 - $1,500,000 MXN per year, depending on qualifications and experience.
